Tell your friends that our communities have what everyone in America is looking for, quality of life. That quality of life comes from having great schools, good neighbors, beautiful countryside, and an appreciation of what we used to call “the simple things in life.” Going to your kid’s athletic event, enjoying an afternoon sitting by the lake, seeing your son or daughter graduate, or running into friends as you do your errands… these things all add up to sense of being part of something, a sense of community.

We live in a place where neighbors help neighbors and families look out for one another. We understand each other’s needs and ideas and share common interests, common values, and common goals. Whether you’re eating pancakes with friends and family at the fire barn or watching a parade and going to a duck race or an outdoor concert, you know you’re part of traditions that tie a community together and give real meaning to the word home.
